• Payment must be made through the specified payment methods provided during registration.
• Bookings must be made at least one day before the scheduled date of the workshop.

2. Attendance and Participation

• The workshop will be conducted live via Zoom at the scheduled date and time.
• Participants are required to join the Zoom session on time. Latecomers may miss important parts of the workshop, and no compensation or recourse will be provided for missed content.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• No refunds will be issued if a participant is unable to attend the workshop, except in the case of cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of booking.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop.

4. Recording and Privacy

• The workshop will be recorded for internal purposes only. These recordings will not be distributed to participants or any third parties.
• Participants are not permitted to record, distribute, or share any part of the workshop without prior written consent.

5. Conduct and Behavior

• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the workshop.
• Any disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

6. Technical Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to attend the Zoom workshop.
• No refunds will be provided for technical issues on the participant's side.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for any technical difficulties or disruptions in service caused by Zoom or any third-party providers.
• Our liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the workshop is limited to the amount of the workshop fee paid by the participant.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.
