The cost of delivery is recorded at £4.85 to anywhere in the UK and if your order comes to more than £25, delivery is free to UK mainland addresses.

EUROPE

5-7 working days by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed £9.50

REST OF THE WORLD

7-14 working days by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed £14.50 

Sometimes delays at customs can occur with international shipping and although frustrating, please be aware it is not our responsibility. If any customs charges occur, the buyer is responsible for the fees.

RETURNS

Don’t stress, we can sort it.

If there is any problem with your order, such as damage or you are not happy, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the products.  Please explain what the problem is and any pictures that are relevant.  We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible and resolve the problem.  If you would like to send the goods back to us, please bear in mind that you will have to pay for return postage.
