All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, with the option to choose either 1st Class or 2nd Class delivery at checkout.

RETURNS & DAMAGES
Due to the spiritual, energetic, and natural nature of our crystals and products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
Every crystal is unique and may naturally vary in colour, shape, texture, size, and formation. Natural inclusions, markings, and variations are part of the authenticity and beauty of the crystal and are not considered faults.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, details of the issue, and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can review and resolve the matter.
