Natasha will open with a quick chat about the crystals to set our intentions correctly for the rest of the event with a heart guided activation.

Crystals are a simple yet effective tool that we can all use to help balance and align our own energy.  Using them in our everyday life is  a simple yet effective way of helping your mental state of being, bringing calm, clarity and a different sense of opinion to all situations surrounding you.  They can change your state of mind and balance very quickly if used in the right way.
