Natasha is delighted to announce a new event with Dao @resilence_zone in Fulham, London, launching a new Crystal & Sound Healing event.  This event will be held once a month on every New Moon, to gain you new creative ideas and concepts by awakening your mind, body and soul.

Join us for an evening of powerful healing modalities with both Natasha and Dao. Together, they will work on you to elevate your abilities and help you achieve your goals.

Meet Dao, a gong master, energy healer, and somatic sound therapy expert!  She teaches Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mantra chanting. Dao also specializes in stress management and calming the nervous system, helping clients adopt a positive mindset and find joy in life.

Dao’s passion for sound medicine, vibrational, and frequency healing shines through in everything she does. As the Well-Being Director for a wealth management company in Mayfair, she brings her unique skills and magic to the corporate world.

Dao’s portfolio includes private sessions in Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and chanting, focusing on Sound Medicine to restore balance and health for all ages. She successfully addresses stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, grief, and ADHD. Beyond individual sessions, she offers group classes in sound meditation, Kundalini yoga, chanting mantras, and gong baths. Every session ends with healing vibrations from a Tibetan singing bowl and gong.✨

Meet Natasha, a dedicated Crystal healer, Reiki Teacher, energy card reader, light language activator and spiritual mentor. Her journey began at age seven, exploring the transformative power of crystals. Today, she integrates diverse healing modalities, including reiki, crystal work, energy card readings, soul alignment, past life recall, Akashic records, and light language, to help clients heal and release traumas. Natasha believes in opening the heart chakra and living a life of true compassion, empowering clients to feel lighter, more self-aware, and connected to their higherselves.

Natasha's sessions emphasize quality and excellence, using only high-vibrational, ethically sourced crystals to facilitate positive energy flow and profound transformation. The session will start with some meditation, maybe even a little chanting to silence the mind and intension setting before we commence and ask you to lay back on your yoga mat, ending the session with tea, energy card pulling and sharing.
