Join Natasha and Rachel, visiting from California, for a one-off unique experience held within the beautiful lavender fields, where nature, crystal energy and your own energetic field come together in harmony.
Together they will guide you through a deeply restorative experience designed to reconnect you with your body, your energy field and the natural rhythms of the land.
Somatic Energy Work & Crystal Integration
Rachel will lead a guided somatic nervous system reset, helping to gently release held tension and patterns within the body while bringing the system back into balance.
Following this, Natasha will work with crystals placed around the body to support grounding, energetic regulation and deeper integration. The crystal frequencies help stabilise and amplify the newly aligned state of coherence within your field.
