Please note: Sometimes energy being energy, there is no control over what the crystals do and without warning the beads can burst off your wrist almost explode. Traditionally if this happens it means the stones have done all they can for you. You are then meant to bury them in soil back into mother earth and maybe consider moving onto different stones for deeper healing. To get the best out of your crystal healing bracelet, please roll it up and over your hand, do not pull it onto your wrist as in time this will weaken the elastic. Please take off before bathing and using water as this also weakens the elastic. Keep within your aura to allow the stones to bond with your energy.
