There is something incredibly special about opening a new crystal shipment.

After months of searching, waiting and being incredibly selective, I am so excited to share that a beautiful collection of new crystals has now arrived at the studio.

People often ask me why I’m so particular when choosing crystals.

The answer is simple...

I have to feel them.

For me, crystals are energetic companions, each carrying their own unique vibration and frequency. Every crystal is individually checked, held and felt before it reaches my shelves. If I cannot feel the vibration, it simply doesn’t become part of my collection.

With these beautiful new arrivals, there are now over 235 different crystals at Always Believe In Miracles studio in Margaret Roding, Essex. When I say there is a crystal for every situation, I truly mean it.

🌕 The Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn arrives on 29th June, carrying the energy of the Summer Equinox and inviting us to:

Ground • Release • Build • Strengthen • Commit • Trust the Journey

Three of my favourite new crystals to work with during this Full Moon are:

Lately, I’ve realised I’ve been moving through life a bit like a conveyor belt, constantly doing, giving, creating and supporting others without always stopping to notice how much is happening within myself.

One thing I want to remind people of is that even healers, practitioners and therapists are navigating our own lessons, growth, emotions and challenges. Just because someone holds space for others doesn’t mean they have everything figured out or never experience difficult days.

Every person you meet is carrying something that others may know nothing about. Behind the smiles, the work, the achievements and the social media posts, there are often personal journeys unfolding quietly in the background.

This is why self-awareness is so important. Taking the time to pause, check in with yourself and acknowledge where you are rather than simply moving from one thing to the next.

We are all growing. We are all learning. We are all moving through our own experiences in our own way.

So be gentle with yourself and be gentle with others. You never truly know what someone may be carrying beneath the surface 💚✨

A huge thank you to @iamrachelmckenzie for being here and holding so many beautiful sessions at ABIM. It has been such a joy to share this work together and witness the transformations that have unfolded over the past few days.

The last two days have been an absolute blessing having Rachel @iamrachelmckenzie over from California 💖

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to today’s Crystal Sanctuary Pop-Up at Always Believe in Miracles.

It was such a lovely day filled with conversations, crystal discussions, learning, connection and shared energy. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit, browse the crystals, ask questions, join the crystal talk and spend time within the space.

As many of you will have noticed, the studio looked a little different today. For the first time, we transformed part of the space into a dedicated crystal talk area, creating a comfortable setting where people could sit together, learn about crystal healing and discuss how crystals can support us through different stages of life and wellbeing.

I absolutely loved seeing the studio used in this way.

The Grounding Tree Studio was always created as a place for healing, learning, growth and connection, and today felt like a beautiful step towards that vision. Not simply a place to purchase crystals, but a space where we can come together, share knowledge, ask questions and support one another on our journeys.

Thank you to all of the wonderful ladies who attended and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you stayed for the crystal talk, browsed the shelves, purchased a crystal or simply came to say hello, your support is greatly appreciated.

Today’s event was our final pop-up before a little summer pause. Over the coming months I will be taking some time to rest, recharge and prepare for the next chapter of what we are building here at Always Believe in Miracles.

From the Flower Moon to the Blue Moon 💐💙🌕✨

What a powerful month May has been 💙

We began on 1st May under the Flower Full Moon in Scorpio and we end tonight, 31st May, under the Blue Moon in Sagittarius.

Two Full Moons. One month.

The Flower Moon invited us to go deep, face what needed healing, release old patterns and transform areas of our lives that were no longer serving us.

What an incredible few days at the Mind Body Spirit Festival at Olympia London ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who attended my crystal stand, crystal talks/workshops and the Ask The Crystal Expert sessions. Every single year this event just gets better and better and I feel so grateful to be part of such a beautiful community.

Thank you to all of my amazing clients who came to see me, my returning customers who continue to support my journey year after year, and also all the new souls who connected with us and purchased crystals from our stand ✨

Seeing so many of you discovering crystals, asking questions, sharing your stories and connecting with the energy of the stand honestly means so much to me.

A very big shout out to my sons as well for helping me throughout the entire event ❤️
People often only see the finished stand, but there are days of work behind the scenes — from packing and preparing beforehand to unloading, organising and resetting everything afterwards. It truly is a full family effort and I’m so proud to have them by my side.

I’m now taking a few days to rest and recharge before we begin again on Saturday with another beautiful line-up of events at my studio in Essex ✨

Welcome to the Crystal Healing Sound Experience ✨

Created by myself back in 2021, this experience was born from seeing crystals in a completely different way — not simply as beautiful stones, but as powerful tools for healing, ascension, energetic connection, and frequency work.

This concept came to me creatively and intuitively many years ago, and since then I have worked deeply to bring it into fruition in the way it was truly meant to be experienced.

I have been incredibly intentional with the sound practitioners I have chosen to work alongside over the years, selecting people not only for their instruments, but for the way they understand energy, frequency, flow, and connection through sound itself.

Not every sound healing practitioner can hold this type of space or work in harmony with crystal healing in this way. The experience requires a deep understanding of energetic movement, timing, intuition, and frequency alignment to create the level of connection this work is designed to reach.

Together, we combine crystal placement on the body with immersive sound healing, crystal frequencies, energy work & vibrational alignment to create something far beyond a normal crystal healing session… it becomes a full energetic experience for the mind, body, and spirit.

During the session, crystals are intuitively placed on each chakra while crystal sound bowls, frequency healing, sound vibrations, and energy work guide you through a deeply transformational journey💎✨

Clients often experience colours, emotional release, sensations throughout the body, deep energetic connection, chakra shifts, and an incredible feeling of lightness afterwards. Every experience is unique.

This work is deeply immersive, carefully curated, and intentionally created to help people reconnect back to themselves on a much deeper energetic level.

A session for me 🙏🏼

As practitioners, it is so important that we also receive our own care.

When we spend so much time holding space, supporting, healing, guiding and working within the energetic field for others… we also need moments where we can fully let go, receive, release and simply be held too.

Today’s session was a real treat for me.

Not only did I have Rachel working on me, but also Melanie — both bringing completely different tool sets and frequencies into the space through Spinal Flow, Spinal Energetics and somatic practices.

After such a powerful weekend of work, I honestly expected a huge emotional release. I thought old layers, memories or subconscious patterns may surface… but instead, what I received was pure lightness within my field.

No heaviness.
No emotional overwhelm.
Just flow.

The energy moved so beautifully and naturally through me that afterwards I was literally bouncing around with joy and lightness.

That’s the thing with this work…
you never truly know what your body, nervous system or subconscious mind is holding until you allow yourself to receive.

Sometimes sessions bring deep release.
Sometimes clarity.
Sometimes emotion.
And sometimes… they simply bring you back into flow.

With all the stress and movement of recent weeks, alongside preparing for the upcoming Mind Body Spirit Festival — which is a huge amount of work behind the scenes — this was exactly what my system needed.

Would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended this weekend’s events in Napa Valley, California ✨

As always, absolutely love creating these experiences with Rachel and Melanie. Watching each person process, unfold and expand after these unique sessions is such a beautiful thing to witness.

Sometimes the experience feels raw.
Sometimes uplifting.
Sometimes deeply emotional, expansive or magical.

Remember… whatever is meant to come up, will.
And sometimes the real processing begins days afterwards as the body, mind and soul start integrating everything that has shifted.

After these events, it is so important to allow your body time to rest, recalibrate and process so it can continue expanding further.

You may feel like you are simply lying on a bed or sitting on a mat… but there is so much happening beyond the physical. We are working with the higher self, the nervous system, the subconscious and the energetic body — helping to release old limitations, emotional imprints, ingrained beliefs and patterns carried from childhood, life experiences, family conditioning and sometimes even other timelines & lifetimes.

From Timelines & Truth, to the lightness of the Crystal Healing & Sound experience, through to Soul Language Activations — there truly was something for every level of the journey.

We are all walking our own unique path whilst navigating life’s challenges, relationships, family dynamics, work pressures, emotional impacts & personal growth.

This work is about reclaiming yourself.
Understanding what makes you tick.
Learning your boundaries.
Listening to what your soul is truly crying out for.

The girls will soon be sharing the beautiful events we have planned for next time.

What a beautiful 1st ABIM Sanctuary Pop-Up!

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to everyone who came along and experienced our very first pop-up at the studio.

It was such an uplifting day, filled with connection, conversation, beautiful energy, and so many incredible women sharing what they love. Seeing the girls so passionate about what they do was honestly so special, and watching everyone enjoy the experience made my heart feel very full.

A huge thank you to all the amazing girls who came and brought their beautiful brands, passion, creativity, and energy into the studio. You made the day feel so special, and I am so grateful for each of you.

And a very special thank you to @veruschkabaudo_photography @dea_soulportraits for capturing the day so beautifully with the most amazing photos. It means so much to have these moments documented and to be able to look back on such a special first event.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, browsed, chatted, and simply became part of it. This is exactly why these days have been created — to empower, connect, inspire, and remind us how good it feels when women come together.

On Friday 1st May 2026, we held our Beltane Flower Full Moon in Scorpio fire walk — a celebration to welcome in May and the full moon.

This was not about calling anything in…
It was about release.

Letting go.
Shedding.
Moving through what has been held beneath the surface.

We came together, each holding our own stories, our own layers, our own intentions. Not forced. Not structured. Just present.

What was released was not shared.
This was a silent release.

No pressure to speak.
No expectation to explain.
Just a space to let go… in your own way.

Held in a sacred field of love, light and dark — with the sun setting, the moon rising, the flowers, the fire & the water.

When we hold these firewalks, my focus is on you.

On the fire.
On your safety.
On holding the space so the energy is fully contained.

This is not about manifestation.
This is about embodiment.
Empowerment.
Release.

And then… you walk.

Not just across fire…
But through something within yourself.

Some received fire kisses from the fire — others did not.

But what everyone felt… was the activation.

Feet alive.
Energy moving.
A strength that stays with you long after.

Because when you walk on fire…
you realise you can move through anything.

You may notice there are no images of others walking.

This is intentional.

While I may share my own walk, each person’s experience is personal.
Videos were taken on personal devices — for them to hold, reflect on, and honour their moment.

This is sacred.

Find your courage.
Find your strength.
Let the fire transform and shift you forward.

This is the year you move 🐎
