We are bombarded with information every day about taking care of our bodies by eating healthy, exercising and lowering stress levels. We are not just biochemistry but also electric, like our heart and brain has electric signals, every cell in our body has an electrical signature. So then, why wouldn't we take care of our energetic body as well?

Have you ever met someone and immediately connected, liked their "vibe" or someone you felt bad energy from or those energy vampires. This vibe you feel are vibrations, sometimes referred to as an aura or energy field. If you are on a higher vibration, your feelings will be kindness, love, peace and compassion. The crystals I work with are of only high vibrations, ethically sourced & grade A crystals. The quality of these crystals can be felt as soon as you touch them, the better vibrational crystal the stronger the healing and tune-ups; they act as conduits for moving positive energy flow into the body and removing any blockages.

This energy tune-up session is for anyone who needs to raise their vibrations, heal or move forward from any issues holding them back. A peaceful, relaxing and easy way to align and adjust your energy flow. These sessions last 90 minutes with clients laying down comfortably. Using crystals and specific vibrational music to fit your needs. At the end of the session you can choose to keep a crystal of your choice or I will suggest the correct one for you and the reason why.
These sessions can be tailored to your specific requirements, especially if there is a certain area which needs healing or you have been through some recent Trauma but we can discuss beforehand.

We suggest after the session to drink lots of water. Please remember this is a healing session, so light work after is beneficial and an early night, as you will be processing after the tune up.

This reading is done from a photograph. The photograph needs to be recent is possible as I will be reading the energy of the person at that time the photograph was taken. This reading is great for online dating and new dating opportunities to see the type of person beyond the description on the dating app. Once I receive the photograph, I will send over the reading via email describing that person's energy, traits, and other details.
