Rachel is arriving from California this week and I honestly cannot wait.

The first thing I'm doing? Booking myself in for a session.

As practitioners, healers and facilitators, we need sessions too.

We're all constantly evolving, growing, shifting and moving through our own experiences. Anyone who tells you they don't need support, healing, reflection or recalibration probably isn't being completely honest with themselves.

To stay clear, aligned and able to hold space for others, we have to do our own work too.

That doesn't always mean deep transformational healing.

Sometimes it's a powerful breakthrough session.Sometimes it's nervous system support.Sometimes it's simply being held.Sometimes it's rest.

The key is knowing what your body, mind and energy need in that moment.

I always encourage people to mix things up. Different practitioners, different modalities and different experiences all offer something unique. Not every session needs to take you into the depths of your soul. Sometimes the most powerful thing is a gentle reset.

With that being said, Rachel's visit from California has brought together an incredible line-up of events and experiences that I'm so excited to share with you.

One of the most beautiful events we have ever created.

Held amongst the lavender as the sun begins to lower, Rachel will guide a nervous system and somatic reset while I work with crystal frequencies and energetic integration.

Nature, nervous system healing and crystal energy all coming together in one magical evening.

✨ Sunday 14th June - SOUL SIGNAL: A Light Language Activation

A deeply powerful activation designed to amplify your soul's unique frequency.

Working with breathwork, sound, somatic energetics and light language, we'll be opening the pathways for deeper intuition, expression, creativity and soul remembrance.

A beautiful experience for healers, intuitives, seekers and anyone ready to step into the next version of themselves.

It's going to be an incredible few days and I feel so grateful that Rachel is coming over and spreading her magic here.

And yes... before I hold space for everyone else, I'll be making sure I get my own session too. 💛

Because the healers need healing as well.
