One of the messages I received after our recent Crystal Healing & Sound Experience on Friday night, perfectly summed up why I am so passionate about these sessions.
“I usually don’t feel much in sound bath sessions, but this felt different.”
And that is exactly the point.
Over five and a half years ago, I began developing the concept of combining crystal healing with sound and frequency work in a very specific way. Not as two separate therapies happening in the same room, but as one integrated healing experience where crystals, sound, intuition and energy work come together in harmony.
Many people assume you can simply place crystals on the body and play sound bowls and achieve the same result.
You can’t.
Crystal healing is far more than placing crystals on a chakra. Sound healing is far more than playing bowls around a room.
The magic happens when both practitioners understand how to work with the field.
How to read the energy.
How to move energy.
How to work intuitively with the crystals.
How to understand where sound is needed and when.
How to create coherence between the body, mind and energetic field.
This is why I am incredibly selective about who I work with.
The practitioners I collaborate with are gifted healers in their own right. Many are highly experienced within their chosen field, having spent years supporting others through healing, transformation and personal growth. They are not people I choose lightly. The individuals I work alongside are those I wholeheartedly trust, respect and believe in.
Having worked with energy since I was a young girl, I have always had a natural ability to read people beyond what is visible on the surface. I can often sense a person's gifts, strengths and where they are naturally aligned to make the greatest impact. It is a gift that has helped me recognise not only the potential within individuals, but also the unique qualities they bring to their work and the people they support.
For me, collaboration is about finding people whose energy, values and approach resonate with my own. Over the years, I have learned the importance of working with practitioners who are passionate about what they do and who hold space with authenticity, care and integrity. Every person I collaborate with is someone I trust and respect, allowing us to create meaningful experiences that support others on their own unique journey.
When people attend one of our events, workshops or healing experiences, they are not just benefiting from one perspective or one modality. They are stepping into a carefully curated space where like-minded practitioners come together with a shared intention: to support, empower and guide others in a way that feels safe, genuine and aligned.
When we facilitate these sessions together, we are not simply delivering two therapies side by side.
We are working as one energetic team.
Holding the space together.
Listening to the field together.
Supporting the journey together.
That harmony between practitioners is just as important as the crystals and the sound themselves.
This is also why I am so passionate about my new accredited Crystal Healing Course.
I want to train crystal healers to understand that crystal healing is an art, a skill and a practice. It requires knowledge, intuition, presence and an understanding of how energy moves through the body and field.
It isn’t about memorising crystals.
It’s about learning how to work with them.
How to listen.
How to trust.
How to facilitate transformation safely and effectively.
As this work continues to grow, my intention is to help create more highly trained crystal healers who understand the depth and power of what is possible when crystals are used with purpose, integrity and true connection.

As we move into the summer months, we will be taking a short pause before announcing our next round of Crystal Healing & Sound Experiences.
New dates for September onwards will be released during July, including additional events in Essex, London and overseas locations with the odd pop up event in August but who knows where just yet....
This work continues to evolve, expand and reach new communities, and I am incredibly excited for what we are creating next.
