Connection Begins Within: You Hold More of the Answers Than You Realise

I had a beautiful reminder from a client today. A reminder of something I have spoken about for many years, but something I feel we need to understand more deeply:
When we truly learn how to connect within our own field, our loved ones are never as far away as we think.
So many people seek psychics, mediums, spiritual healers and readers because they want that connection again.
You want to know….
Are they still with me?
Can they hear me?
What would they say to me?
Are they okay?
What do I need to know?
What messages do they have for me?
Am I doing the right thing?
And I understand it.
When we lose someone we love, our human experience misses them deeply.
We miss their touch.
We miss their voice.
We miss their smell.
We miss their love.
We miss being able to physically sit beside them.
I hear people say to me so often:
“I would give anything just to hug them one more time.”
Of course you would, we all want that.
But what if I said to you that connection does not necessarily have to begin with somebody else?
What if, instead of always looking outside of yourself for someone to tell you what your loved one is saying, you began learning how to become still enough to listen for yourself?
You Don’t Have to Give Your Power Away
There is absolutely a place for mediums, psychics, healers and spiritual guidance.
I grew up surrounded by it.
My mother was a Medium, Tarot Reader and Healer, My grandmother was intuitive. My lineage was filled with psychics, intuitives and healers.
This world was around me from when I was born, I knew no different.
I watched people come to my mum because they wanted answers. They wanted connection. They wanted somebody else to tell them what they could not hear or trust within themselves.
And I remember asking my mum:
“But Mummy, why don’t they just connect themselves?”
And she would say:
“Because they don’t know how to.”
Those words have stayed with me.
Because perhaps that little girl was already beginning to understand what my work would eventually become.
My path is not about making you reliant on me.
It is about helping you remember yourself.
What If You Could Learn to Connect for Yourself?
What if you could learn your own energy so deeply that you began recognising when something felt different?
What if you could understand the language of your own intuition?
What if you could close your eyes and allow yourself to see in your mind’s eye without immediately saying:
“I’m imagining it.”
What if you could notice a feeling, a memory, an image, a knowing or an inner voice without your human mind instantly shutting it down?
We have become so conditioned to believe that connection must come through somebody else.
That somebody else must validate what we feel.
Somebody else must tell us what our intuition means.
Somebody else must tell us whether we are on the right path.
Somebody else must give us permission.
But what happens when you stop giving that power away?
You begin to trust yourself.
And that changes everything.
The Busyness Stops Us From Hearing
This is why I continually talk about meditation, nature, connection and taking time out.
It doesn’t need to be an hour.
Start with five minutes.
Five minutes where you aren’t scrolling.
Five minutes where you aren’t answering somebody.
Five minutes where you aren’t thinking:
I’ve got to accomplish this.
I’ve got to do that.
I need to be there.
I haven’t done enough.
That is the busyness of our human experience.
We spend so much of our lives doing that we have forgotten how to simply be.
Go outside.
Connect with nature.
Put your feet on the Earth.
Hug a tree, or place your hand on it and feel its vibration.
Close your eyes.
Breathe.
Allow the noise to settle.
Because underneath all of that noise is you.
And when you begin to know yourself beneath the noise, you begin to recognise what belongs to you and what feels like something more.
You begin to listen differently.
You begin to feel differently.
You begin to trust differently.
Your Lineage Is Woven Through You
There is another part of this that I feel we often forget.
You didn’t simply appear here without history.
Generation after generation has come before you.
Stories, patterns, experiences, love, trauma, strength, wisdom and ways of being have travelled through families and shaped the people who came next.
Your lineage is woven through you.
For me, spirituality and intuition were openly present within my family.
For somebody else, that connection may have been hidden, dismissed or never spoken about.
But part of knowing yourself is understanding what has been woven into you.
What have you inherited?
What patterns are you repeating?
What are you here to change?
What are you here to learn?
And what ends with you?
Because awakening isn’t only about seeing something spiritual.
Sometimes awakening is finally seeing yourself.
This Is Why I Created Always Believe in Miracles
My mission with Always Believe in Miracles has never been for you to keep coming back to me because you believe I hold your answers. I want you to learn how to find them within yourself.
Through the healing work I offer, the spiritual awakening tools I teach, crystals, meditation, energy work and learning how to understand your own field, my intention is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that you may have stopped listening to.
To awaken your vision.
To awaken your intuition.
To awaken your third eye.
To awaken your ability to feel again.
To help you recognise your own inner messages.
Because once you begin doing that, something changes.
You become less reliant on everybody else’s opinion of your life.
You stop constantly asking:
Am I doing the right thing?
And you begin asking:
What do I know within myself?
That doesn’t mean we never seek support or guidance. We all need other people.
But guidance should help you return to yourself — not take you further away from yourself.
Life Is School
One of the deepest understandings within my own spiritual path is that life is school.
We are here to experience.
To connect.
To learn.
To love.
To lose.
To change.
To make mistakes.
To grow.
And ultimately, to experience the growth of the soul.
When you begin looking at your life through that lens, even the difficult chapters can begin to look different.
Instead of only asking:
“Why is this happening to me?”
Perhaps we can sometimes ask:
“What is this showing me?”
“What am I being asked to learn?”
“What am I ready to change?”
For me, this physical human life is one part of a much greater spiritual experience. I believe our connection does not simply disappear with physical death; it changes.
And when we begin to become less frightened of that idea, life itself can become lighter.
The little things that consume us begin to lose some of their power.
We remember what actually matters.
Love.
Connection.
Experience.
Growth.
And how we choose to live while we are here.
Who Is Really Controlling Your Life?
This is the part I really want you to sit with.
We tell ourselves:
I can’t do that because of my family.
I can’t change because of money.
I have responsibilities.
People won’t understand.
It’s too late.
What will everybody think?
I can’t leave.
I can’t start again.
I can’t be who I truly want to be.
But I want you to ask yourself something:
Is it really everybody else holding you back?
Or is it fear?
Fear of judgement.
Fear of getting it wrong.
Fear of losing security.
Fear of disappointing somebody.
Fear of stepping outside the reality you have created because you don’t yet know what the next reality looks like.
That question isn’t always comfortable.
But it is important.
Because when you continually believe that somebody else controls your life, you hand them your power. And I want you to understand this:
You have choices.
You have the ability to change.
You have the ability to change direction.
You have the ability to question what you have been taught.
You have the ability to heal patterns that have travelled through generations.
You have the ability to choose what you carry forward and what ends with you.
Nobody else can live your life for you.
And nobody else can do your soul’s growing for you.
This Is Your Life
I want people to awaken to the possibility that the reality we are experiencing right now does not have to be the limit of who we are.
There is more within you.
You are capable of connection.
You are capable of intuition.
You are capable of change.
And you are capable of learning to trust yourself.
You can seek guidance — but you do not have to give your power away.
You can receive healing — but the purpose should be to help you reconnect with yourself.
You can love and miss those who are no longer physically beside you while allowing yourself to remain open to the ways you may still experience connection with them.
And you can look at the life you are living now and decide whether it still reflects who you are becoming.
So today, I don’t want you to rush onto the next thing.
Take five minutes.
Sit somewhere quietly.
Go outside if you can.
Close your eyes.
Breathe.
Let the busyness of your human experience become quiet.
And ask yourself:
What do I already know that I keep asking somebody else to tell me?
Then listen.
Don’t force an answer.
Don’t judge what comes.
Just listen.
Because perhaps awakening isn’t about becoming something new at all.
Perhaps it is about remembering what has been within you all along.
Life is about connection.
Life is about lessons.
Life is about growth.
And this is your life.
Your path.
Your choices.
Your soul’s journey.
Learn to trust yourself enough to walk it.
Much love,
Natasha
