Following on from my last blog, “What is a Title?”… this feels like the natural place to share this.
Many people ask me what I am, or how to define the work I do.
The truth is, my work doesn’t fit into a single title.
My path weaves through many roles that have naturally developed through my own experiences, awakenings, and connection to the energetic field.
I resonate with several archetypes including Healer, Gridworker, Messenger, Blueprint Holder, Seer, Wayshower, Bridge, Frequency Worker and Dream Worker.
Each one represents a different way of serving the collective consciousness.
As a Healer, I work with energy, crystals and the body’s energetic field to help others release what is no longer serving them and return to alignment with their natural state of balance.
Crystals have been a part of my path from a very young age, and over time this has naturally evolved into teaching and mentoring others — guiding them to not only work with crystals, but to truly understand and connect with their frequency, their intelligence, and their role within the energetic field.
As a Gridworker, I feel deeply connected to the crystalline grid of the Earth. I am often guided to different places around the world where energetic activations occur, helping anchor higher frequencies into the land and the collective field.
As a Messenger, I receive higher dimensional information and translate it into guidance that people can understand and integrate into their lives.
As a Blueprint Holder, I work with energetic templates and frequencies that help people remember who they truly are and activate new levels of consciousness.
As a Seer, I have the ability to perceive timelines — both past and future — allowing me to understand the journey of the soul and help others recognise karmic patterns, lessons and potential pathways ahead.
As a Wayshower, part of my role is to guide others back to their own authenticity and inner truth.
And this is where my work moves beyond what many would see as “healing.”
What I do is not just about clearing energy or bringing you back into balance.It’s about empowering you to move forward — into the life you’re here to live.
I see people clearly.
I see where you’re holding back, where you’ve outgrown your current path and where you’re ready to step into something more.
And then I support you to move there.
Gently… but powerfully.
So many of my clients have:

✨ completely shifted their lives
Not because I told them what to do but because I help you see it, feel it and trust it.
Because the truth is… the only thing ever holding you back is the part of you that doesn’t yet believe you can do it.
And that’s where I come in.
I don’t push you into something that isn’t right. I hold you, guide you and activate what’s already within you —so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and direction.
As a Bridge, I naturally move between dimensions — connecting the physical world with higher realms of consciousness. This allows me to help people connect with their guides, their soul wisdom and the deeper layers of their spiritual journey.
As a Frequency Worker, I am deeply aware of the energetic frequency people carry and how it shapes their experiences. Much of my work focuses on helping individuals raise their vibration, clear energetic blocks and align with higher frequencies.
And as a Dream Worker, I have always been connected to the astral realms through dreams, visions and intuitive insight, receiving guidance that often supports my work and the people I help.
My path is not about fitting into one label.
It is about weaving together the gifts that have unfolded through my life — crystals, energy work, intuitive sight, timeline awareness and spiritual guidance.
Each person who comes to work with me connects with the part of this work that their soul is ready for. And the level at which we work together naturally meets that.
Sometimes it’s gentle awareness.Sometimes it’s deeper guidance.And sometimes, it moves into profound transformation.
And what I truly love… is what happens after.
Watching you grow. Seeing what you implement. Feeling how your life begins to naturally unfold.
Because when you are aligned, when you feel at one within yourself —things begin to move with more ease, more flow, more certainty.
✨ At its core, my purpose is simple:
to help people remember who they truly are.
And just to share something that feels important to say…
Because my work moves across many layers, it’s not something that is switched on in every space, all of the time.
There are different levels to how this work is experienced.
At events, you may receive moments of insight, glimpses of what is there,or feel shifts within the collective energy.
But the deeper, more personal work —the in-depth guidance, the full energetic reading,the space where we truly move through what is held —that is done within one-to-one sessions.
Where there is the time, the space,and the full energetic container to go into what is truly needed for you.
Group events are beautiful in their own way. They carry a collective energy, a shared experience, a different intention.
But they are not the space for deep individual reading or full energetic exploration.
If you feel called to be seen, guided, and supported on that level…then that is what a one-to-one session is for.

Energy Healing with Natasha
One-to-one sessions are held either at my Crystal Sanctuary in Essex or at Millers Way Project in Shepherd’s Bush, London.
