I honestly cannot believe this will be my 5th year returning to the incredible Mind Body Spirit Festival London 2026 at Olympia London — and every single year it feels just as magical as the first.
This year feels even more special because not only is the stand bigger than ever before, but my two sons will also be joining me across the weekend too. Watching this journey slowly become a real family effort honestly makes me so proud… even if I still get the occasional “really mum?!” moment 😂✨
You’ll find us all weekend at Stand C84, surrounded by over 200 different types of crystals from around the world — carefully selected for healing, support, energetics, emotional wellbeing, spiritual expansion, grounding, protection, nervous system support and so much more.
And when I say…I have a crystal for everything… I really do ✨
Whether you are navigating overwhelm, grief, anxiety, hormonal shifts, confidence, sleep, abundance, relationships, spiritual connection, expansion or simply wanting to reconnect back to yourself — there truly will be something calling for you.
