Celebrating New Beginnings: May 2026 – A Month of Expansion, Transformation and Gratitude
As we arrive at the final day of May and prepare to close the month under the powerful Blue Moon in Sagittarius, I find myself reflecting on everything that has unfolded over the past few weeks.
The year of the Fire Horse is often associated with movement, courage, expansion and transformation, and May has certainly embodied all of those energies for me.
It has been one of the busiest, most expansive and rewarding months I can remember.
Beginning the Month with Fire
The month began under the powerful energy of the Flower Full Moon in Scorpio.
Scorpio energy asks us to release, transform and let go of what no longer serves us, and there felt no better way to honour that than through our Fire walk Experience.
Watching people move beyond fear, step through limitation and discover a strength within themselves they didn’t know existed is always one of the most powerful things I witness in my work.
The Fire walk wasn’t simply about walking across hot coals.
It was about remembering who you are.
It was about trust.
It was about courage.
It was about transformation.
The perfect energetic beginning to a month that would continue to unfold in extraordinary ways.
The Studio Continues to Grow
Alongside events and client work, May also saw the continued expansion of the Always Believe in Miracles Studio at The Reid Rooms in Margaret Roding, Essex.
Since announcing back in February that I would be taking over the neighbouring studio space, there has been a huge amount of work happening behind the scenes.
Decorating.
Designing.
Creating.
Organising.
Building.
Bringing a vision into reality.
The studio has become so much more than a treatment room.
It has become a place for connection, healing, learning, workshops, energetic events and community.
A place where people can come together and reconnect with themselves.
A place filled with crystals from around the world, peaceful countryside views, birdsong and an energy that immediately invites you to slow down and breathe.
Launching My First Pop Up Event
Another very special milestone this month was launching my very first Pop Up Event at the Studio on the 10th of May.
This event has been something close to my heart, created with the intention of supporting and showcasing local businesses while bringing people together through connection, collaboration and empowerment.
The vision is for these to become monthly events, providing a platform for incredible local businesses to share their products, services and stories with the wider community.
What made this first event even more meaningful was being surrounded by so many inspiring women-led businesses that are making a genuine difference within our community.
There is something incredibly powerful about women supporting women, sharing knowledge, uplifting one another and creating opportunities for growth together.
The energy throughout the day was amazing, and it reinforced my belief that when small businesses come together with a shared purpose, wonderful things can happen.
I am so excited to see these monthly Pop Up Events continue to grow and become a regular part of the Studio community.
Crystal Workshops, Energetic & Soul & light Language Activatations on Zoom
Throughout the month we continued gathering together through crystal workshops and energetic events.
These events always remind me why I love this work so much.
Watching people discover how crystals can support their emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, personal growth and spiritual development is something I never tire of witnessing.
Every workshop feels unique because every person arrives carrying a different story, different experiences and different energetic needs.
California and Studio Be Napa
One of the highlights of the month was travelling back to California and returning to Studio Be Napa.
There is always something magical about working in Napa Valley.
Alongside the wonderful Rachel and Melanie, we hosted a series of beautiful events that brought together healing, connection, transformation and community.
Each event carried its own energy and intention, yet all shared the same purpose — helping people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
The conversations, breakthroughs, tears, laughter, healing and connections that unfolded throughout the week were truly special.

I already cannot wait to return back in late September/early October.
Mind Body Spirit Festival Olympia
No sooner had I landed back in the UK than preparations were underway for another incredible event — the Mind Body Spirit Festival at Olympia London.
This year felt particularly special.
Not only was I exhibiting with over 200 different types of crystals from around the world, but I was also speaking on stage, sharing my knowledge and passion with even more people.
My talks focused on:
✨ Crystals for Overwhelm, Sadness and Anxiety
✨ Crystals for Pre-menopause, Perimenopause and Menopause
Both sessions were incredibly well received and it was wonderful to see so many people wanting to learn how crystals can support them physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.
One of the greatest joys of the weekend was connecting with returning clients, meeting new faces and having conversations with people who were discovering crystal healing for the very first time.
Launching My New Book and Crystal Courses
The festival also marked another huge milestone.
The official launch of my new book and my accredited Certificated Crystal Courses with IPHM.
This has been something I have worked towards for a long time and seeing people purchase the book, sign up for courses and begin their own crystal journey was incredibly rewarding.
Education has always been an important part of my work.
The more people understand how to work with crystals correctly and intentionally, the more empowered they become.
Seeing this next chapter unfold has been a real highlight of 2026 so far. Course dates and the launch of the book incoming....
Completing the Studio Expansion
As May draws to a close, another major milestone has been reached.
The expansion of the Always Believe in Miracles Studio is now complete.
After months of work, vision and determination, the space is finally ready.
Not only will it continue to host my workshops, events, crystal courses and private sessions, but it will also become available to carefully aligned practitioners who are looking for a beautiful wellbeing space to work from.
Creating this studio has been one of the biggest projects I have undertaken and I feel incredibly proud of what it has become.
Full Moon events this weekend: Frequency Portal/ Energetic Release & Crystal Healing
This weekend’s events have once again reminded me of the power of gathering together with intention.
On Saturday morning, Tillie and I welcomed a beautiful group into the Frequency Portal space, creating an opportunity for connection, growth and energetic alignment.
Last night I held my Full Moon Energetic Release session, where five beautiful souls came together in a powerful group healing experience. Through guided energy work, intention setting and release practices, we created a safe and supportive space to let go of old patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and stagnant energy that were no longer serving them. It is always incredible to witness what can happen when people allow themselves to surrender, release and create space for new possibilities to enter their lives.
And tonight, under the energy of the Full Moon, we complete the weekend with our Crystal Healing Full Moon Event — a beautiful opportunity to recharge, reconnect and align with the powerful lunar energies as we close out this remarkable month.
When people come together with open hearts and a willingness to grow, extraordinary things happen.
The shifts, releases, insights and energetic transformations witnessed throughout the weekend have been profound.

Tonight we gather in the studio once again for our Full Moon Crystal Healing Event.
A beautiful way to close a month that has brought so much growth, expansion, learning, travel, connection, healing and transformation.
Looking back across May, I feel nothing but gratitude.
Gratitude for every client.
Every student.
Every workshop attendee.
Every crystal customer.
Every person who has trusted me to support them on their journey.
Every person who follows, shares and supports my work.
May has been a month of expansion in every sense of the word.
And if this is what May has brought, I cannot wait to see what the rest of 2026 has in store.

Take a moment to reflect on how far you have come, what you have overcome and what has finally left your life.
Ask yourself:
✨ What am I proud of?
✨ What am I no longer willing to accept?
✨ What are my non-negotiables moving forward?
Write down one thing you are done with being and safely burn the paper as a symbol of release.
Be clear. Be direct. Be certain.
Tonight is about making a decision that you are no longer that version of yourself.
Trust what is unfolding.
Celebrate your growth.
Step forward into the next chapter.
